RF4S LLC was established by electronics and semiconductor professionals with over 35 years of combined industry experience across multiple start-ups and public companies. Our mission is to develop radio-frequency circuits, modules, and systems for wireless communications and radars that deliver stable performance even in contested environments. We are committed to creating solutions that significantly reduce the impact of antenna mismatch and external noise interference—whether from industrial sources or adversarial conditions—resulting in extended operating distances and superior reliability.
Our extensive team brings expertise spanning from low frequencies to millimeter-wave frequencies exceeding 100GHz. We leverage both discrete component design and complete semiconductor integrated circuit (RFIC) development across multiple technologies including CMOS, BiCMOS, GaAs, and GaN. From initial architecture concepts through circuit-level implementation to manufacturing, we provide comprehensive RF design solutions that meet the most demanding requirements for wireless communications and radar systems.
